So, I'm a bit confused. I followed one of the tutorials to play chapter 1, using easyrpg so that I didn't have to change my unicode language. But how do I do this for chapter 2 and onward?
Every time I try extracting the RAR file, I get an error telling me, "Failed to open file. File corrupted or other error occurred." This applies to both downloads, and I made sure to put them in folders by themselves. Do you have any suggestions? I'm doing this on Android if that helps.
I found the solution. You need to download an app called RAR (the Android version of WinRAR), which will allow you to extract the file. Then, compress all of the extracted files into a ZIP, which you can do without the app. Put the ZIP in the EasyRPG app's game directory, and you'll be able to play.
Whenever I try and extract the folder, it comes up with an unknown error, I've already installed and ran chapter 1, and I'm extracting the folder in the same folder where I'm storing easyrpg and chapter 1
I have a problem with the newest version which is that the menu keys for the monopad do not work, I don't know if I changed the configuration or it is an error or idk
I tried entering into the Bathhouse cutscene in chapter 2, but it never lets me in. Is this something that's RNG-Dependant or it's been removed? I've seen it on Weeby Newz's stream
Do you mean the secret scene in chapter 2? you need an specific item that you can get at the beginning of the investigation of the 2nd floor. Just try the monomono machine until you get it and the scene will appear (The item is called A Man's Dream/Romance) Note: Please don't enter the bathhouse before getting the item or else you will lose the chance.

hii okay so im having a small issue with downloading chapters 2-6. when i try to download, it downloads with firefox, and then clicking on it when it finishes downloding leads to a white screen asking what application to choose to assist in opening, and downloads it again and opens more white tab. im not sure how to fix this problem.
I'm playing chapter 2 and can't help but notice some descriptions for certain events and interactions don't come up as English but rather in the original language, is this unavoidable?
idk if u reply to stuff here anymore but, hello, after chapter 4 when yamato is introduced and mikako has her brain thingy and she starts bleeding, the text box disappears and its just white text with nothing behind it. it doesnt last long because after the second meetup in reis room, the text box is back to normal except its in the middle of the screen, and you walk really slowly and you cant save... help plz thx!
Hey there, I'm not the guy you're looking for, but I had a similar problem to you just today. I tried finding ways to fix it, but so far the only thing that worked was to use the new game option to skip to ch 5. I haven't gotten farther than the room, but I was able to move at a normal speed, save the game, and see the text box background again at least, so hopefully the bug is fixed. It doesn't look like from the comment bug reports that the new game skip option was intended for this, but it's a solution (and I could just be plain wrong and it actually is). Hope this helps.
Hello, Im having a issue with the chapter 2-6 download where the download isnt a file and is downloaded in a form of a text file. What can i do to fix this? I downloaded the player as well and everything worked fine there. Is there anything i can do to make it a like make it a folder and not like a text file like DR another chapter 1 download? thank and thanks for even translating and making it possible to even play the game
Hello! , did you install winrar as well? Depending on your OS, you need a zip extractor to change the "text" format when you download files with ".zip"

i installed the RTP2000.exe but the font is still blocky. i changed the unicode stuff and everything but nothing is working
im using easyrpg btw
in the google doc, it says fonts 1 and 2 is unavalibe
Yeah, i noticed too, I found the fonts are no longer obtainable through the links in the doc. Using EasyRpg will fix the issue.
Since our playthrough is now complete I wanted to thank you again for putting so much work into this English version!

I copied EasyRPG into the folder of the game and then clicked on the EasyRPG executable. It did all of the work👍
That is all I needed to do to get it to work. I'm using Windows 10 on my PC btw.

Hello, please don't mix the same builds into one, it will produce bugs inside the game. It's best to do this in a separate folder.
sorry this might be a dumb question but is it possible to play this on a chromebook?
I have no idea, but I'm certain Windows works fine, Linux has some workarounds.

Hello, you only need to try new game and the bypass should appear if needed.

i would recommend winrar or 7zip since it's the most used in windows and they're free to use.
Found an interesting bug in chapter 5, went into the dorm room on the first free time, went to leave and it warped to chapter 2
